This Notice explains how Pivlyn, LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on Pivlyn websites and web-based Services. It supplements the Pivlyn Privacy Policy.
Technologies used
Pivlyn may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to remember a browser or session and support the Services. The Pivlyn mobile application may use device storage and secure operating-system storage for comparable functional purposes, but does not use browser cookies in the same way as a website.
Categories
- Strictly necessary: authentication, session continuity, request integrity, security, load balancing, and user-requested functionality.
- Preferences: settings such as display or consent choices.
- Measurement: first-party or service-provider information used to understand reliability and aggregate feature use. Pivlyn does not use measurement technologies for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Pivlyn does not use advertising cookies to target ads based on personal financial information and does not sell cookie-derived personal information for money.
Your choices
Browser controls can block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent sign-in or other features from working. Where a consent control is displayed, you can use it to change optional choices. Pivlyn honors legally required browser-based privacy signals for practices to which those signals apply; Pivlyn does not currently sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
Third parties
A link to another website or an embedded third-party flow may be governed by that party's cookie and privacy practices. For example, a user may leave Pivlyn's interface or open a provider-controlled connection flow. Review the relevant provider's policy for its independent practices.
