Effective date: August 30, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the Pivlyn Services and is incorporated into the Pivlyn Terms of Service.
You may not use the Services to:
- violate law, regulation, sanctions, or another person's rights;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent authority, identity, or a Pivlyn output;
- access, test, scan, or interfere with an account, household, network, system, or data without authorization;
- bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or other security or use controls;
- introduce malware, destructive code, abusive traffic, or content intended to compromise the Services;
- scrape, harvest, copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services or data except under a written agreement with Pivlyn;
- reverse engineer or derive source code except to the limited extent law makes that restriction unenforceable;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or contractual rights;
- upload content you do not have authority to use or that is deceptive, defamatory, threatening, exploitative, or unlawful;
- use Pivlyn data or outputs to make unlawful discriminatory decisions or decisions about another person's eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, education, or another legally significant benefit;
- present an automated output as a professional opinion, tax return, regulatory filing, audit, appraisal, valuation, signed legal instrument, or guaranteed result; or
- help another person do any of the above.
Pivlyn may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant records, restrict or suspend access, remove content, and cooperate with lawful requests. Enforcement will be proportionate to the conduct and risk where circumstances permit. Report abuse or security concerns to admin@pivlyn.com.
